Please be sure to use you billing address of the card used. If shipping to a different address, then make a note of that on the payment page under “Additional Notes/Order Notes.”
When submitting an order with us, it will show as “On Hold.” We do not accept payment until we process the order. Your order will be placed on hold until we make sure payment information is correct and to make sure we have the product on hand. Your bank/credit card company holds your money until we process the order (it will show as pending). Once everything is good and product is ready for shipping, then we process the order. This process may take a couple of days depending on how busy the store is.
Customer cancellations after the order has been shipped may result in a 15% restocking fee upon return and lost of shipping fee.
Pick up orders are to be picked up by the person that places the order.
It is YOUR responsibility to read over our policies regarding shipping/pick-ups and returns.
