Online vs. Store Only Gift Cards
– Right now our gift cards for our website and our store are on different systems.
– You can only use a store gift card at the store, and you can only use a digital gift card on our website.
– If you’d like to switch a digital for a store gift card, (or the other way) please contact us.
Buying as a Gift
If you’d like us to put the gift card in someone else’s name, please let us know in the Order Notes section or enter their information in the Shipping Address section during checkout.
Mailing and Local Pickup
Free shipping on gift cards (USA only) available during checkout or you can pick them up at the shop.
Online (website only) gift cards will be emailed to you because they are digital codes.
Can I order online and pay with a store gift card?
Not right now. If you want to place an online order and use the balance of an existing store gift card, please contact us.
How do I check my gift card’s balance?
To check your available balance on a store gift card, please call the shop at (361) 992-2960.
To check your available balance on an online gift card, please login to your account.
